If you're cloud, you will need to contact IPS Support to have them manually install the app.  

If you're self-licensed, you will need to manually download and upload the full package.

Thanks for the response. I am self-licensed, but already running the suite, so is it not possible to upload certain files without re-uploading the entire thing?

I don't actually see any sort of folder for commerce though in the IPS download I just did, despite commerce still showing as working/paid in the client area.
