Evening all!

I've just fully inherited a site that's been running Invision for about ten years.  No posts in all that time have been archived, so I flipped it on, configured it, and let it go.  That was two days ago, during which the task list says archiving runs every five minutes.  Manual task runs say they're carried out successfully.  But nothing gets archived.

It tells me on the archive settings page that 96% of posts, or about 65,000, will be archived in the next run.  It's said that for two days.  I'll be most grateful if someone can tell me why this isn't working as it should.

Are you sure that nothing was archived? How many topics are returned if you run

COUNT(*) from forums_topics where topic_archive_status = 1

 

That query returns a total of just over 10,000 archived topics.

Please submit a ticket so that we can investigate this further.
