unable to signup

every time when someone try to signup it shows this error

You are not permitted to register a user account with this site.

Error code: 2S129/1

 

how to sort thi out?

Do you have registrations enabled in your admin CP?  From the search bar in the ACP just search registration and you should find it.

Yes everything is enabled, but still get this error after the registration signup

This error is related to IPS Spam Service. Submit a ticket so they can check your settings.
