Cloud Delete

This one of those "for fun" blue sky suggestions that's maybe not so unrealistic.

I was going to write a sassy post on how we're so afraid of everyone hitting delete and wiping out the community ... goodness gracious, we don't trust Members to delete their own content, we don't allow Club Owners to delete content, and now we don't trust Moderators or Admins to delete content with the new delayed deletes.  

Introducing the new Cloud Delete, a new service by IPS that will archive and store any deleted content for restoration.

The logistics of this in a self-hosted environment would be a little challenging, but it could be something we can consider for CiC clients in the future. Incidentally, we used to offer a backup service, but it wasn't wildly popular.

This would definitely help me spend more time on constructive things, rather than having to put elaborate mechanisms in place to protect from potential mistakes. It would either make CiC even more valuable or a tempting add-on.
