Sub Account Mod / Alt Accounts

I need an application that allows users for my RP board to have sub accounts that are all linked to one email address and that they can easily switch back and forth with. I have scoured the boards looking for a mod that is similar to this, but haven't found anything. I am willing to pay up to $150 for this mod.
