Sliders don't feel natural on mobile. Can't use finger.

I love the sliders in downloads but they only scroll with those little arrows that are hard to see sometimes. 

There is no timed auto scroll option. 

There is no ability to slide with fingers on touch screens including mobile. 

Improving this a little would help display things and improve purchasing volume. 

Can this small upgrade be added?

+1 Now that we are using this system too, it would be great to have touch controls like this across the board! Please add for 4.2 @bfarber @Charles
