I can not connect in the admin cp, someone have any idea?

If you need assistant, you can open a ticket in your client area, which you can access above. To access ticket support you do need an active license though.

Is there a certain error you get? Like, an error code? Usually it will tell you what's wrong with the DB upfront. Also, is that a forum-front error or overall site error?

Check your conf_global.php to meet your new host database settings.
