Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
pequeno Posted April 5, 2017 Posted April 5, 2017 Hello, when change a username in ACP, this information don´t modify: - Username in Mentions. - Username in Quotes. - username in "Edited by..." info in post.
Daddy Posted April 5, 2017 Posted April 5, 2017 There's a few things that can be occurring but don't be alarmed as this is normal. (1) The polling process or "Task" has yet to be triggered. This is an automatic task and will be sent off according to your task processing method. (2) Your browser is showing you cached content. Clear your browser cache.
pequeno Posted April 5, 2017 Author Posted April 5, 2017 Thank you @iDeath Can you tell me the name of the process that does that?
Daddy Posted April 5, 2017 Posted April 5, 2017 @pequeno I am unsure exactly but I'd recommend running the task clearcache or manually deleting the cache in your /public_html/datastore or in your database depending on where you've configured it to be stored.
TSP Posted April 5, 2017 Posted April 5, 2017 There is no process that will change the name shown as mentions and quotes in existing post content. The edit by I think should be updated by the task that iDeath mentions. If the task is in your queue, you should see it on your admin panel overview in the "Background processes"-section.
