Is there a way i can get a feed of the latest topics onto my website?

I used to do this by using Google Feed API and setting it to import an RSS Feed from my community but Google recently shut the API down. For now, I've just embedded my Twitter Feed of new content instead (which is itself updated automatically by my RSS feed using the options in Google Feedburner). You may be happy with that, or as a workaround until you figure another method like a different RSS importer, or there is the Rest API but I'm not sure how to I use that yet.
