Daddy Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 Trying to choose a caching method but it will not let me select any of them. I'm trying to use memcached but no luck. (Yes, it's installed.) ^-- Everything looks normal but the radials are not clickable.
Rhett Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 If it's not letting you select it, it's not installed properly, depending on which cache item you are referring to, some require the software to be installed on the server, and in addition also install the php extension. Your host can assist you if needed on that end, once it's installed properly, it will allow you to select it though.

I've installed memcache and memcached on centos 7 and it seems operational on my end. I'll run a few tests to make sure it was installed properly.
Daddy Posted January 21, 2017 Author Posted January 21, 2017 @Rhett turns out memcached does not currently support php7.0 so I had to go back to 5.6. It's working now. One question about the servers field. What is the appropriate configuration? should it be localhost:memcachedport or how does that work?
Snipermunyshotz Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 I am having the same issue, I tried to do the 5.6 fix but still not able to select it. root [~]# php -m | grep memcache memcache Any commands to run or try?
