Very strange issue : Guest, Complete your profile

Hello, we have a very strange problem, every visitor to our website is redirected to this page to complete a registration :

 

We cant do any thing else, we cant login, seems like any visitor is connected as Guest, when we try to logout from this "guest" account we are redirected to this page!

we have this problem since some days.

any one have the same problem ?
