Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
josephs8 Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 I am in the process of migrating our vbulletin 3.x instance to the latest version of IPS. We ran the import and tried to login with test accounts we had on the old site and they did not work. Looking at the database I see that the password and salt were copied over in a column called conv_password and conv_password_extra respectively and members_pass_hash and members_pass_salt are null. Is it not possible to transfer passwords over to the new system or am I missing something?
