GriefCode Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Hey, i have just continued developing an app, compiled it and since then my whole forum is only throwing 500er issues on front as on admincp. There are neither written any logs to the apache error log nor to the internal IPS logging. Which was never written btw. What happened here and how can i recover it? Anyone got an idea? Regards
Daniel F Posted December 17, 2016 Posted December 17, 2016 Is there really nothing in the log? Submit a ticket and we'll take a look

Its getting more difficult.. It is on a local server, I did not have share option set up currently. About the missing log, well i have granted every permission so far to the directory: root@FORUM:/var/www/forum/uploads# ll total 48 drwxrwxrwx 7 root root 4096 Dec 17 15:53 ./ drwxr-xr-x 10 root root 4096 Dec 17 16:06 ../ -rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 0 Dec 7 11:04 index.html* drwxrwxrwx 2 www-data www-data 4096 Dec 17 15:53 javascript_global/ drwxrwxrwx 2 www-data www-data 4096 Dec 12 22:24 logs/ drwxrwxrwx 2 www-data www-data 4096 Dec 12 22:01 monthly_2016_12/ drwxrwxrwx 2 www-data www-data 24576 Dec 17 15:55 set_resources_1/ drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 4096 Dec 12 23:04 system/ I assume what may happend was that i compiled the application with the same version number(1.0.8) but different version key(10008 & 1008). I tried to manually revert that change now. So far i reverted every found version key in my application and upated the database core_application using the 10008 now. Is there anything else i would need to update? Regards
GriefCode Posted December 17, 2016 Author Posted December 17, 2016 It appears that i could resolve the issue by simple replacing the whole board and put the application i developer into the directory. Weird.
