evi_web_dev Posted December 6, 2016 Share Posted December 6, 2016 Hi there, When a user does not have permission to upload to a downloads category it still shows up in the "create" drop-down menu greyed out. It would be great if the category did not show at all since the user can't upload to it. On our site I had to change the order of the categories so the editable categories are at the top otherwise they'll have to scroll down past the greyed out categories to upload. evi_web_dev Posted December 6, 2016 Author Share Posted December 6, 2016 If there is a subcategory with upload rights, but not for the root or parent, the parent could remain greyed out since there are subs with upload rights.
