Evening all!

I just ran the upgrade, and this is the one thing I can't find reference to anywhere in the ACP.  I'm probably missing something obvious, I know.  I did add a new ban filter and it didn't translate over.

If someone could let me know how this is supposed to work, I'll be most appreciative!
