Creating a social site with IPS4

Hello, actually I use only the forum APP, but I want to create a social site, creating diferents groups, with subscriptions to diferentes groups, with separate contents for diferent groups...

Similar to Jomsocial in Joomla.

Is it possible with the IPS4 apps?

The group part is certainly not achievable.
