ok i am new to the new 4.? software so can you tell me how i would go about installing this?

i am hosted by Invision so no access to server

No access to server is needed.

Go to your ACP > System > Apps or Plugins and you will see a button that says Add New or Uploaded.  

thats nice but seems to be a whole folder of many folders such as setup etc not just one file to upload to my apps or plugins

not sure what to do with so many files

 

This file is an application so you should see a .TAR file to upload. 

Use the TAR file to upload into your ACP.  

i got 8 FOlders with items in them also a PHP app along with HTML etc hard to know what to do with all the files i wll look for a tar

there a few xml files but not sure those are right

 

mostly its HTMLs and php files with some json and xml files

no TAR file to be found

The file which you get from https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8377-delete-old-content/ is a tar file. You don't need to unpack it, IPS4 will do this for you.
