MySQL version

Hello,

I have the MySQL 5.7.16 version installed, but when I check with ips4.php, still appear the alert:

MySQL Requirements

• MySQL connection could not be established to perform version check. Make sure your MySQL Server version is 5.1.3 or above (5.6.0 or above recommended).

??

I should use LAMP, or Nginx, which is better?

MariaDB and MySQL, which will be most recomendable for ips?

MySQL 5.7 is fine but maybe the ips script needs an update to detect it or you may have an installation issue

Nginx with MariaDB is better
