Formatting issues, forum

Hi,

The users post things directly from other websites and that always gives formatting issues, different fonts and sizes than how I have decided it should look. 
Do you live with things like that, or do you have a solution? An example

I have to live with it in my downloads section because members like to copy and paste a description with a download. I made it mandatory to remove formatting after pasting and if a member doesn't do it, I reject the file. I added a Q&A section on my site and made a topic on how to remove formatting. It helps quite a bit but every so often I still get an upload without formatting removed. I also posted about it in several areas of the site so no one can miss it.

Although not forum related it is the same thing. I solved the problem on my forums by making them full screen by removing the sidebars.

Easy built in feature to help for the editor in ACP > Customization > Editor > Settings > Paste Behavior and choose the remove formatting option.

The con would be that there be absolutely no formatting will come in so if you write a post in say Word with bold, italic, links, etc... these will be stripped. I've been using it for quite some time on my personal community and love the uniformity of everything now
