I want the previous look back and am willing to pay. Is it possible to change back to this?

And when on tablet/mobile it can display like this

 

Surely the option should be there though for us choose from activity or view new content which Invision forums had from the beginning

Surely with the code etc already there in 4.0 it would be possible to bring it to 4.1?

This is something I can do, but it's more or less theme specific, not really a hook or anything.

Would it work like the old view new content or would it still be activity streams? I had the idea of removing the stream dropdown if this was in any way possible, but I suppose it wouldn't matter if the end result was the same, I just preferred how forums worked before the latest change.

Without taking a very close look, it would function the same way as it does now, but be templated like the old way.
