Change "Forum' tab

Does anyone know the language phrase I need to change for the "Forums" tab in the navigation bar? I want to change this to Discussions. I tried a search, but none of the language strings that came up seem to be correct.

Any help is appreciated.

It's easier if you enable the Quick Translating on ACP -> Customisations -> Languages -> Translations Tools.

Then you go to the public side and click and hold in the word you want to translate. Type the term you want and press TAB. You're done.

Now you just need to disable the Quick Translating.
