Show Forum which the topic was moved from

One problem we are facing is that topics are being moved around our forums by different moderators, but on the topic's moderation history, we can't see the forum from/to the topic was moved at each log entry. So we end up with a history of "topic was moved by xxx", without knowing the to/from forum, so we can't understand the path the topic took and which moderador moved the topic to the incorrect place...

Just to let you guys know that I solved this issue through a custom plugin @newbie LAC developed for us.
