Add the forum name into the topic creation page title

Topic creation page doesn't have a current forum name in the title. It would be nice if you add it.

Now it looks like:

Create New Topic - Site name

Please, add:

Quote

Create New Topic - Forum name - Site name

It does show where you are in the breadcrumb above but it wouldnt hurt I guess.

@ZeroHour yes, but sometimes it's easier to determine which forum you are in by the page title  Anyway it must not be hard to implement.
