Can you set a group based default index page?

Hopefully I've missed something easy. I've set up group permissions for my menus and page access, but does anyone know if it's possible to set the default index page, based on group membership?

I'd like to show one home page for guests, encouraging them to sign up, listing reasons... and then another for members, once signed in (hopefully a redirect too once signing in)

Any help would be really appreciated here. Thanks

No, it's one index page only. But think outside the box - do the 2 pages share commonalities? If so, combine them in to one page and use group/member HTML logic to display guest only items to guests and member items to non-guests.
