Cache page output for guests - how many seconds?

Hello,

I have big community (2 300 000 posts, 200 000 members) and today I setup Caching Method to Memcached. Please tell me how many seconds is best for "Cache page output for guests"?

 

BTW Memcached or Redis - which will be better?

It depends on how much time you want the cache to be refreshed for your guests. I have 180s for my site.

This is an option that you must decide what to use and if something is not ok just change it....

Memcached is better.
