Hook to hide "quote" from posts

I need a simple theme hook to hide the button (link) "quote" from posts.  I want to let my users only able to quote a text by selecting it and clicking the MultiQuote (+) button.

I do not have a test installation in developer mode and and please if anyone who has test installation in developer mode, to write for me this hook / plugin.

Not sure if this will work the way you are hoping but you could try changing the 'Quote' language bit to be empty.  Or just edit the skin to remove the link altogether.
