There are other alternatives if you cannot use that one. You may wish to just Google Search for "SparkPost Alternative" to find a list or perhaps read this topic:

SparkPost is officially not available both in Ukraine and Russia.

P.S. But available in Belarus. You know what you need to do. Lol

I figured it was a regional issue. There should however be 'something' suitable for the OP's location though I would guess.
