Stormlilly Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Hi, Since we migrated from XF many of our existing members have had issues with their password needing to be reset every time they attempt to login. On a side note... we are also getting reports of the password reset email not reaching every member. I was able to replicate this - there was nothing in my SPAM box, my email address was correct and I was successfully getting other emails. Is anyone else's community suffering from constant password reset issues? PLEASE HELP
