Dragonpol Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 I've noticed that after a certain recent upgrade of my IPS (current version is 4.1.7) it takes a huge amount of time to load a profile page of any user, including mine. Is it me? Or somebody's having the same problem?

Joel R Posted September 21, 2017 Posted September 21, 2017 1. Make sure user doesn't have excessively large file for banner. 2. Run support tool to clear cache 3. Send in support ticket.
