Posted February 2, 20169 yr I've noticed that after a certain recent upgrade of my IPS (current version is 4.1.7) it takes a huge amount of time to load a profile page of any user, including mine. Is it me? Or somebody's having the same problem?
September 21, 20177 yr I have the same problem (Cloud-Community). Did you find a solution for this issue?
September 21, 20177 yr 1. Make sure user doesn't have excessively large file for banner. 2. Run support tool to clear cache 3. Send in support ticket.
