AndyF Posted January 29, 2016 Share Posted January 29, 2016 Hello, Did you have any problems when running the upgrader ? What version did you upgrade from ? Can you re-verify the requirements please. Download this: Extract the .zip and just upload the single ips4.php file to your web root (public_html) then visit it in your browser. Look at the results, if possible (if there are any issues) take a screenshot if you can then remove the file when done (don't leave it there) If its all 'passed' please submit a ticket in the Client Area for assistance with this.
