Is anyone else noticing Polls not fully listing all the voters?

I've had several polls on my forum set so you can see who voted, but not all users who voted seem to get listed on them.

It'll say for example 11 people voted on an option, but it'll list only 7 of them, etc...

EDIT: Think I found the culprit. I'll file it as a bug. Apparently if you change your vote, then change it back, it won't list you anymore as a voter, but still count your vote.
