database record title to be same as forum topics title?

I have a database when there is a new record a topic will also be posted in forums so im wondering if its possible to use the same title of the record for the forum topic title

What you are asking for should be happening as a default already. What is it that is happening on your site currently? How is the forum topic title different from the record title?

Wait i was using the Topic suffix in the database forum options i thought i must type something for the topic title haha my bad
