how to make a backup of my ipbaord

well when i use search it gives a error, so im wondering where do i make a back up of my forums my my admin panel?

well crap admin panel is down to. 

 

i tried downloading everything ftp it got about 655 files down then disconnected and now i cant connecr ftp and my board doesnt work. it times out lol.

if you didn't do any heavy theme edits, i personally wouldn't worry about ftp files..... mostly SQL backup. Which depending on how you have your SQL setup, you can do it though PHPmyAdmin, or various other tools. I personally use MySQLWorkbench.

i guess ipboard doesnt let you do back ups via ftp so it shut me down and locked it, had to have ipboard do it
