question about google webmaster tools

on google search console my website shows this warning like

looks like all my website links is blocked by robots.txt :/ 

this is my robots.txt

any idea what might be the problem? i cant even submit a sitemap to google webmaster because its blocked by robots.txt

If you want bots to use your community (as a guest) then you will have to allow them in. Currently you are disallowing them.
