Opcache - restarts in few seconds by misses

I guess I have discovered why the TTFB of my community can reach about 2 seconds sometimes.

I have Zend Opcache enable. And it's working.

In the settings, I have told Opcache not to rebuild the cache (opcache.validate_timestamps OFF).

The opcache.max_wasted_percentage is set to 15%.

But it is always restarting in a few seconds, 1 to 15 seconds on average.

It restarts because hits misses are too high.

Is that normal?

Use the Opcache default settings and check if it solves the problem.

The problem was caused by file system cache.

I have set database cache, and now Opcache is not restarting.

I guess it's a bug in IPS 4.
