Few issues, and I'm super irritated about it.

Bought a new theme on here, installed it, no one can register. lovely.
So, I go put in a ticket support and get an error _no_purchase-- contact support... that's what I was doing! I was logged in and everything.

Nothing but issues with ISP... Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I think people will need some information.

Version numbers
Theme
Which problems existed before the theme, do they go away when you turn the theme off?
Ect...

Separate out the problems, look if similar ones were already filed....

I already looked.

I just bought the theme BOLT and after that everything turned up side down.

Currently I went on my phone and was able to register HOWEVER, it says the account needed to be approved then an email would be sent, but I don;t have it set up that way.. right now they have to verify their email, not me approving it...  and I checked my settings and all that is correct so not sure why my registering system is different.

 

I have ISP4, current.

No, I can do that?

I logged into their main website and made the ticket. I think I was finally able to do it. Let's see what they have to say.

When you switch the theme off, does it all go back to "normal" ?
