cannot remove "feature topic"

I go in to try to remove a feature topic and I can't do it. It stays featured. I can edit the post and everything the feature topic just comes back even after I hit submit.

There is no problem for me. Try with another platform or device...?

But we can unfeature topic if it's featured.

I find that "unfeature" sticks if I do it by checking the post in topic list, then selecting 'unfeature' from the popup moderation menu at the bottom.  

For the fix, as a "cloud" hosted account, I think I might have to wait until the next release is available … it's not entirely clear to me what files I can download or upload (outside of uploads non-core type files of course).
