Can't upload images

I get an upload error when trying to upload an image. It was working fine before and when I moved servers it stopped working. The datastore folder directory address is fine and the folder is chmod to 777 (and all files and folders inside as well). How can I fix this issue/what could be causing this?

You need to have your image platform installed on the new server.  GD or ImageMagick.

What do you mean my image platform?

 

When I upgraded ipb today it said everything was fine/good to upgrade?
