Does anyone know if it's possible to disable the automatic turning of forum links into previews like the example below?

My forum has a lot of topics that contain links to various help tutorials and since upgrading all the links have switched to previews which has resulted in things being a complete mess to navigate and taking an age to load the topic.

There is no way to turn that off currently. 

If you want to post new links which are not supposed to be converted, just make sure the URL is not the only thing on one line, e.g. by adding a space before or after it.

Hopefully there's an option to turn it off in the next release, it seems a waste of resources to keep calling previews by default.
