Tagging people?

Hello,

I have just converted from IPS3 to IPS4, and from what I read some time ago, you could now tag people e.g. @Test without the need for a plugin. I've looked all over the ACP for this but I can't find it anywhere, and tagging simply doesn't work on our forum if you try it outright.

Any ideas or can someone point me to where it is?

It's automatic but it's sometimes a devil and doesn't work. You need to type the @-sign then wait a second or so for the JS to load, and then start typing characters. @SiLink: It worked this time perfectly on this site, but on mine sometimes doesn't.
