I distribute tickets for an organization, and many of those people are not connected to the forum and site, only loosely so.

Since we are no longer shipping physical tickets, but emailing PDFs, I am toying with the idea of doing this inside IPB instead of email to drive people to the site.

For people that have accounts PM them.

For people that don't have accounts create them manually, PM them. 

All tickets, approximately 2000 (500mb of PDFs)  would be waiting in their PM on profile.

Is there a "hell no" don't do that reason waiting in the wind here I should consider?

Also this would be on a IPS cloud hosted site  if that makes a difference.
