Support Menu item

I have Commerce (Nexus) loaded on my forum, and have a "Support" menu item on my menu bar.  We don't really need that item and I would like to remove it, but don't see how.  Does anyone know how to remove the Support menu item?

Edit its permissions on Applications.

I wish to use Support but don't wish it to be in the Navigation bar - i would like to see it under the users menu options.

editing the permissions removes the feature, we need more fine control on what is included in the navigation bar and it's order.
