Theme Switching in 4 - Gone?

Is theme switching in 4 gone?

I need to be able to switch themes by category or database or post author.. something... well anything that will switch themes.

Hockey - Theme 1
Soccer - Theme 2

Ect...

Can you still do this in 4? If not is it coming back?

Right at the bottom of editing/creating forums/categories.
