Subzero-mb Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 So is it working now? If so I am glad to have been of help
tekguru Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 So long since I've used this. Does this look right: And just hit Submit Query?
Subzero-mb Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 You should go to the table "forum_posts" and then you will see the tab Query, there you should paste both queries.Be sure to write the correct name of your table, for example in my case I have a prefix "z_" so the table in my server is called "z_forum_posts"
tekguru Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Right, so okay to post all three of the posts into the one Query tab and do them together, or do them individually?
Subzero-mb Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 @tekguru finally the queries I gave you solved your problem with the images?
tekguru Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I've not had a chance to run them through yet, we had a family emergency I had to resolve last night. If the gods are willing I'll give them a go tonight in advance of trying to work out how to perform a 4.0.7 uplift BTW how did you do that @tekguru link?
Subzero-mb Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 This is the "mentions" system it is now included in ips4. now everytime you wanto to mention someone you just write an @ and then the first 3 or 4 letters of his name and it will appear a list of coincidence names, you select the correct one and when you post your message this person will receive a notification you have mention him.It is a very good way to increase activity in your forum, I also have it in my ips3 forum as a hook, but now it is part of the suite. But I have to say that for me it is a little bit random, sometimes appear the list with names, sometimes not, it also depends if I write in capital letters or not... I don't know, it is not always working perfect for me
tekguru Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Right thanks for that. As you say typing @ does seem temperamental, will have to see how it runs going forward.
tekguru Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Okay I must be doing something wrong. I set PhpMyAdmin as : Pressed submit query, for both queries. It flashed both times, no response back and when I check the page source it still reads as: <img src="monthly_11_2014/post-11-0-49488600-1415793778_thumb.jpg" Which shows the query has not executed. So I'm obviously missing something?
NoGi Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 Something seems to be broken with gallery as well. Can anyone see what's wrong here?
test prl

This basically kiils my thread with a database error
