I notice the CSS urls are something like this: <link rel='stylesheet' href='http://localhost/ips40/http://localhost/ipb347/uploads/css_built_1/34094481238dsjf84asd92ff_framework.css'> How to fix this? I my self just figured out that after the upgrade all forums/topics which have scandic chars, are not working. I don't know why, this is something that need to be figured out.
