Upgrade to 4.0 problems

I think I was also in the same point during the weekend playxmaniac.

 

When you upgrade from ipb3 to ipb4 you need to upload all files for ipb4 to your server, and then move in the same folder the following files and folders from your ipb3 forum:

- Public folder

- Uploads folder

- config.php (I don't remember the exact name of this file, but this is important because here you have the login details for the database of your old forum)

 

The reason because the upgrader is telling you there is no applications is because you have not placed this config.php file, so the upgrader cannot check your previous forum.
