Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
nylyon Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 In 3.4, while creating a post you could select a portion of text, click and drag it to a new location. Kind of a nice feature. Can the 4.0 editor be configured to do the same with both text as well as pictures? This is especially good with pictures, because with 4.0, the only way to move a picture in your post is to delete and re-insert it (as far as I know).

nylyon Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 With a visual editor like this, it kind of makes sense for drag and drop?
Nathan Explosion Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Ha - hadn't noticed this at all. That functionality is 'by default' in ckeditor and I believe is provided by the 'clipboard' plugin. I wonder if IPS code is conflicting somehow here.I suggest you log it as a bug. Here's the link to the demo page for ckeditor for you play around with to confirm the functionality:http://ckeditor.com/demo
Nathan Explosion Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 I know, hence why I suggested you log it as a bug
