Hi all!

I have just upgraded my ipb from 3.4 to 4.0.5 and... is all messed up.

The skin not showing and it's almost impossible to navigate.

Analyzing with firefox i found out that all the css and js files have wrong src, doubling the part of the index of the forum.  for example http://myforum/http://myforum/eejujiu.css

Sadly i'm totally lost where to go to edit and solve this problem, from the admincp it doesnt show correctly all the general configurations and from the db can't find any field related.

All the other links seems to work correctly..
