RC7a - fixed warning points?

In RC5 and RC6 you could not edit the warning points, has this been repaired in RC7a?

if you start it up (refresh member page!, "Warn" popup window), "Reason" > spamming will stay on 0 (zero) points & all other settings not come up .. have to change to another reason first to get the points right & all the other settings ..

 

yes .. bug not fixed properly .. fixed with one eye closed I guess (again) ..

Edit: added it in the bug tracker too ..
